Alongside her degree, Cally is a fully qualified; Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor (BACPR Registered) Nordic Walking Instructor, Mountain Bike Leader, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Dry Needling Practitioner and is currently working towards full affiliation with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).
Her work has given her the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals such as Professional and Amateur Athletes, Military Personnel and individuals that take part in everyday activity for fun, social or health reasons.
Cally enjoys pushing herself to her limits and has used CrossFit as a training modality for just over 6 years. She has found that this has had a positive crossover in to everyday physical activities and when she takes part in her other past times such as; mountain biking, body boarding, snow boarding and hiking.
By experiencing the effects that different training modalities can have on the body, she has a great affinity for understanding how the body works and what we expect our bodies to endure under the stresses of many activities.
